DC connects accident claims with the people and repair services needed to resolve them. The existing dashboard had grown around early-2000s patterns, making a high-volume operational workflow feel dense and difficult to scan.

I redesigned the platform around the decisions operators make every day: find a case, understand its current status, coordinate the right people, and move the repair forward. Clearer hierarchy, calmer tables, and a consistent component system made complex information easier to use.

The result is a more confident operating experience for teams managing claims, assessors, suppliers, and repair work—without losing the depth of information the business depends on.
